Hiking detail
- Intl tip
- Use the Ohlone College parking lot rather than the Stanford Avenue trailhead, where residential permit-parking rules are strictly enforced and tickets are common. There is zero shade — this is a cool-season, early-morning hike; summer afternoons here are genuinely dangerous. Bring 2+ liters of water.
