- Intl tip
- A beloved warm-weather aquatic spot just off Mt Baldy Rd in San Antonio Canyon — a short approach to a waterfall, deep pools, smooth natural rock slides, and optional cliff jumps, busy on hot days. The waterfall can be rappelled for a taste of the technical side. Fun and low-commitment with someone experienced along, but jumps/slides cause frequent injuries — check pool depth, never dive, mind slippery rock. Still a flash-flood-prone canyon: never go with rain, and expect cold water early season.
- Directions note
- Access from the Barrett-Stoddard truck trail off Mt Baldy Rd — park at the Hogsback / tunnel pullouts
